SUPPORT THE COVENTRY STRUGGLE

Doug Nicholls, General Secretary, CYWU/UNITE, informs us that:

Industrial action by youth workers in Coventry enters its sixth week and will involve a full day of strike action on January 1st. Messages of solidarity to the Branch Secretary Pat Seaman pat.seaman@coventry.gov.uk. The Branch is taking action against the local authorities plans to cut the Youth Service in preparation for commissioning out. The action involves many part time workers.
