Aston Wood is looking for people to respond his research into youth work management and the cuts.
Youth Work Management, often resented, reluctantly assumed. I am attempting to discover more about management in youth work, starting with the role of youth work managers (those responsible for supervising staff) in these recent cuts to services.
My research includes an anonymous survey that hopes to throw light on what other managers did? was it the right thing? and how they feel about it now?
